Adventure Bike RiderCourse (ADV) - $200

TAdventure Motorcycle Training is a great way to learn key skills for riding an ADV motorcycle. MSF's Adventure Bike RiderCourse is perfect for anyone wanting to explore beyond the pavement.

This half-day course includes riding and discussions on a dirt training range, for owners of ADV and Dual-Purpose motorcycles who wish to learn fundamental skills for riding their motorcycle off-road. This includes riding on low-traction surfaces with an emphasis on body positioning and rider-active control techniques needed for off-road environments. The course is for licensed riders who own an Adventure Bike (ADV) or Dual-Purpose bike and have experience with it on the street. A motorcycle license is required.

Required Riding Gear:

  • Helmet, must be DOT approved.
  • Full-fingered gloves, must fully cover hand and fingers.
  • Eye protection such as eyeglasses, sunglasses, safety glasses, or full-face helmet.
  • A long sleeve shirt or jacket.
  • Sturdy full-length pants. No holes or tares.
  • Shoes/boots must cover the ankle.

What to expect:

  • ADV, Standard, or Dual-sport Motorcycle
  • Dual purpose or off-road tires
  • Motorcycle must be in good working order without any fluid leaks
