Saturday, July 2. 2005The heat is on Summer is in full swing, and the temperatures are getting pretty high. Being safe and comfortable are priorities in our courses, so please consider the following when preparing for class. Stay hydrated before class, as well as during. We supply bottled water to help with that. Wear appropriate attire. Long sleeves are required, and a light colored long sleeve shirt will help keep you cooler. If you would feel safer with a jacket, please consider the climate when choosing the one to wear. Additionally, Large heavy boots may not work well with our smaller bikes foot controls. Consider high top Tennis shoes or light weight hikers. We look forward to helping you get the most out of your riding experience, so if you have any questions that our FAQ does not answer, please email or call. Thanks.Trackbacks
